The good thing is the guys have picked us up, and we haven't needed me to do a lot. That takes a little bit of the pressure off me, but it still is frustrating for me. I know I'm going to get it going. If I weren't swinging the bat well, I'd be more concerned.

He played fullback for me one year at Hart, ... He was a 240-pound fullback in eighth grade. But that shows that he has great feet. He really moves well.

He's one of the best pitchers in the game, ... Every time he's out there, he doesn't make too many mistakes and tonight he didn't make too many mistakes. Sometimes you just have to tip your cap when you go up against some pitchers.

Talking to him in Spring Training, one of the first things he said was how much he enjoyed it here, whether he made the team or not. He was happy to be in this organization and liked how things were going, and he felt like he had a future here.

It's similar to the play at the plate that I scored on Adam's ball. I knew I would probably be out, so I ran at the catcher to try break up the play or block a throw if the throw hits me. It's just part of the game.
